Our parcels are sent by Royal Mail using their 'signed for' service. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, in the unlikely event this is not the case you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange or refund. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.
*Please note that bespoke or personalised items cannot be changed or returned. However if the basket itself is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods at email@example.com.

Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. We do not take responsibility for the shipping of your item and therefore suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. *All our baskets are handmade and hand painted so please treat them with love. We use the highest quality permanent inks and paints, however, weaves on the basket can move and cause chipping which may occur over time. Monty + Flo offer free touch ups (shipping excluded).
*Please note all Moroccan baskets have a distinctive 'ridge' on the rear side, this is due to the spiral weaving method and is not a fault.
Refunds will be issued onto the original payment card or Paypal account. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Shipping costs will be excluded from your refund. Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and original packaging still attached in a clean, unused condition.
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase/issue. A card cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be compensated.
